Advertise In Roundabout Monkseaton

Copy Deadline

Final print ready copy must be submitted by the 15th of each month for inclusion in the following month’s edition. If the 15th is a non-working day the copy deadline will be the last working day before the 15th. We advise you to check with us as this can change, particularly around Christmas.

Advert Make Up Fee

If your advert is not currently available in an electronic format then we can produce it from your own hard copy text on your behalf.  Our fixed price for this service is just £5, however if you require a complicated design we can provide an individual quote.  The advert can then be re-used in subsequent issues.

Professional Advert Design

We also offer professional artwork by an experienced local graphic designer starting from just £25 – please contact us for more information on this service.

Acceptable Formats

We prefer high definition graphics formats such as JPEG, TIFF or GIF at 300 DPI (dots per inch), high resolution PDF or MS Publisher format.  We also accept MS Powerpoint or MS Word formats.  If the advert needs a lot of amending we may charge a make up fee.

Advert Sizes

* This is a 3mm bleed on all four edges of the advert which will be trimmed when printed.

Payment Methods

Pay by cash, cheque or BACS. Longer term advertisers can pay by standing order.
